Cancellation Window
Orders may only be canceled between February 16, 2026 and February 20, 2026. Cancellation requests submitted outside of this timeframe will not be approved.

Refund Amount
Approved cancellations will be refunded for the product purchase price and the original shipping fee only.

Non-Refundable Fees
All other fees, including but not limited to payment processing fees, transaction fees, service fees, insurance fees, or third-party platform fees, are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment when possible.

All sales are final once the cancellation window has closed.

Shipping Policy 

Payment Requirement
Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment has been received.

Fulfillment Timeframe
Due to the specialty nature of our products, please allow approximately 4–8 weeks for order fulfillment and delivery. Timeframes may vary based on order volume and supply availability.

Shipping Rates
A flat-rate shipping fee of $12.00 per order applies to shipments within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). 

Shipping Locations
We currently ship only to the lower 48 states.
Customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may place an order but must provide a prepaid FedEx shipping label. The $12.00 flat-rate shipping fee charged at checkout will be refunded once the label is received.

Carrier & Delivery Responsibility
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are subject to carrier operations. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, service interruptions, carrier volume, or other events beyond our control.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require additional shipping fees to be re-sent. 

Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is not received, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a package is refused or returned, re-shipping fees will apply.

Service Interruptions & External Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by supplier schedules, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
