Tea-Licious carefully packages every order to ensure products arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on destination and package size. Shipping rate is a Flat Rate and we offer Free Shipping for Orders over $200.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Responsibility
Tea-Licious is responsible for your order until it is accepted by the shipping carrier. Once a package is in transit, delivery times and handling are the responsibility of the carrier.
Tea-Licious is not responsible for:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents so we can review the issue.
Domestic Shipping
Tea-Licious currently ships to the contiguous United States only. At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or military APO/FPO/DPO, or International addresses due to shipping limitations.
(Washington, DC is included as part of the contiguous U.S.)
