At Tea-Licious, we take pride in providing high-quality products and carefully packaging every order.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Tea products are classified as food items, and for health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns once a product has been shipped.
Research materials are sealed laboratory products and cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold once they leave our facility.
For these reasons, Tea-Licious does not accept returns or offer refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

A photo of the shipping packaging
After review, we will work to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement if appropriate.
Order Accuracy
Please review your order carefully before submitting payment. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
