Brewing Instructions



Western Style (Cup / Teapot)


  • Tea: 1 packet (4 g)

  • Water: 195–205°F (90–96°C)

  • Steep time: 2–3 minutes

  • Re-steep: 2–3 times



Gongfu Style (Traditional Chinese Method)


  • Tea: 1 packet (4 g)

  • Water: 205°F (96°C)

  • First infusion: 10–15 seconds

  • Increase time slightly each infusion

  • Yields 5–7 infusions
